Hi Amy and all cruisers, I would like to put to the group the suggestion that we do not change the amount of our payments to you (our Purser) if the Ditzler’s decide to come for the entire trip. My math shows them paying an additional $855. This could reduce our (the other seven couples) payment by $122. I would vote for keeping this as a contingency for unknowns. After the trip of course we will refund any monies left over equally.
We might want to use this money for the final night dinner? Maybe not. Please respond with your thoughts.
By the way, if you double click on Amy’s spreadsheet it will become very clear and readable.
